Description
T3 Sixty is seeking a Fellows Director to work part or full time as an advisor and manager to the T3 Fellows executive management brokerage mentoring program.
 
The T3 Fellows program delivers a yearlong curriculum through twice-annual mastermind workshops, monthly web conferences, and extensive one-on-one executive guidance to create business specific solutions for each brokerage company. The curriculum covers all vital aspects of growing a real estate brokerage business and specifically focuses on: Growing revenue by recruiting the best agents to the brokerage; improving profitability by increasing agent sales; creating powerful branding and marketing programs; and leveraging internet lead generation and conversion for more sales.
 
T3 Fellows Director is responsible for the one-on-one mentoring sessions with broker clients, teaching the program curriculum, keeping records and notes of client progress, and coordinating with other T3 Fellows Advisors that are working with students in the program.
 
Experience and Requirements
Candidates should have extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, with demonstrated expertise in brokerage management and operations. Candidates should have proven knowledge of fundamental business operations, strategy and planning, marketing and communications, budget and P/L management, and human resource management. Candidates should be able to guide others on becoming more effective brokers, including areas of broker supervisory responsibilities, recruiting and retention of agents, and training and coaching agents.
 
Ability to attend T3 Sixty planning meetings in Orange County, CA and T3 Fellows retreats in Austin, Texas are required. Ability to work remotely with meetings over phone and web is also required.

T3 Sixty is seeking real estate brokerage an industry management consultant to work on various business-consulting projects. Project activities are highly varied and may include: Creating and writing strategies and business plans, undertaking research and analysis, assisting with building structure and systems, coordinating the implementation of projects and tasks, and supporting existing or new operations and management where and when required. T3 Sixty offers both end-to-end solutions as well as highly targeted project-by-project solutions for specific problems; consulting work may be technical or analytical in nature.
 
Experience and Requirements
Candidates should have extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, with demonstrated expertise in at least one area of real estate; brokerage management or operations, executive management (franchise/corporate), technology, or real estate association or MLS management. Candidates should have proven knowledge of fundamental business operations, strategy and planning, marketing and communications, budget and P/L management, and human resource management. An added bonus would be specific knowledge or certification in technology, mergers and acquisition, finance, and/or compliance.
 
Candidates should have held management roles and have had staff reporting to them, managed a P/L, and have executive decision-making capability. Preference for candidates that have operated with C-level, VP, or director titles in organizations of either significant size or fast growth. Past consulting experience in a professional services organization is highly desired.
 
Customer site visits and ability to attend T3 Sixty meetings in Orange County are required. Travel is anticipated to be twice per month. Ability to work remotely with meetings over phone and web is required.

Description
T3 Sixty is seeking a full time graphic designer for design work including website design, design and layout of multiple printed reports and publications, presentation slide-decks, flyers, posters, advertising, product packaging, and exhibitions and displays. The graphic artist will also be responsible for corporate identity; e.g. giving the organization a visual ‘brand’, newsletters, and possible video editing.
 
Experience and Requirements
Candidates must have demonstrated career experience in Graphic Design roles and will have strong skills in the following: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, basic HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with video editing software such as iMovie, Adobe After Effects, etc. is preferred, but not required. The work demands a the ability to maintain creative flair for multiple projects while maintaining a high-quality composition on existing known brands/products, up-to-date knowledge of software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. This position is offered at our office in San Juan Capistrano, CA and staff will work from this office.
